ABRAXAS PROJECT

Background:

Abraxas is a Gnostic Deity. Abraxas has been known as a chicken headed creature with two serpents for legs. In his two hands are a whip and a shield. Abraxas rule the Crossroads between Good/Light and Evil/darkness. Abraxas transcends Duality for to see the world anew. Abraxas is a Sun God.

Materials Needed:

- Large plastic trash bags
- Masking tape, paper and pens
- Whip, shield and mask for Abraxas.

One person ( The M.M.) will be Abraxas while others enter Egg state and then break free to see Abraxas and Receive their new Symbol of their new world.

The Rite:

0. All Open Space and create Simple Sigils for transformation into a new world.

1. All chant "To create a world one must first destroy a world" as they crawl into plastic bag in Egg posture and M.M. helps by tying egg with strips of masking tape.

2. In egg All visualize their sigil and know they are in an Egg that they have created and are bound by it. At this point Abraxas is donning his form (costume) and adding a Sun symbol to each magicians Sigil.

3 . Abraxas calls to the Eggs to Awake:

THE BIRDS WILL BREAK FROM THE EGG
THE BIRDS WILL FLY TO THE SUN
THAT SUN IS A GOD
THE GODS NAME IS ABRAXAS

Upon hearing the the beginning of this the Eggs begin to resonate "Aaaa " as the beginning of Abraxas. Upon hearing the work " Abraxas " the sixth time, all Birds begin to break free from Egg.

4. As Birds come out of Eggs "Aaaaa" changes to a chant of "Abraxas" and birds then circle around Abraxas chanting and looking for their New World symbol (which Abraxas will have taped to himself or in his hand).

5. Once all Birds have their symbol of A New World They Fly off in Their own direction and Laugh The old world away.
