Problem: Caroll's Mantra builting technique annoyed my linguistic
senses... why use the spelling to create a sonic/vocal slight
of mind device? Of course "everything is permitted"
and this is just my own issue, but a useful tool is created as
the result :)
Solution: Apply the principles of "the Alphabet of Desire"
sigils to the making of Mantras or Spells.
When one uses the Alphabet of Desire technique, he/she/it (from
now on called sHiT) writes out sHiT's desire. Then selects the
unique visual symbols (letters) that make up the spelling of the
desire, and manipulates them into a visual symbol.
The same principle can be applied to the sounds of a desire as
well. Vocal language is made of of different sounds running through
time. Certain sounds sound the same when played backwards or forwards,
and some don't. The one that don't are made up of two or more
of the former. These, I call Irreversable Phonetic Particles (IPP),
are equivalent to the letters in the alphabet of desire. So you
create a new mantra built from the IPP.
Now this may sound like a pain in the ass, but it merely takes
two things: 1 - careful attention to how sounds sound. 2 - Your
own phonetic symbol system (to jot down, cross out duplicates
etc.) The most important things in this are: Consistancy and really
keeping track of the IPP.
Irreversable Phonetic Particle breakdown:
Phrase: Church is a breeding ground for the vampire's Zombies.
Phonetic spelling (one of my systems):
T-Sh-Ir-T-Sh Ih-Z Uh B-Ir-Y-D-Y-Ng F-O-Ir Dh-Uh V-A-M-P-Ah-Y-Ir-Z-
Z-Ah-M-B-Y-Z
unique particles:
T-Sh-Ir-Ih-Z-Uh-B-Y-D-Ng-F-O-Dh-V-A-M-P-Ah
Sh-Ih-T M-A-P B-Ah-Y F-Ir-Z V-O-D-Dh-Uh-Ng
Shit Map Buy Furs Vohdthung
or something like that :)
have fun!
